NJBEC Fun Day
A day of games for your earthdog and you! A variety of
settings/problems for your dog to work out with plenty of chances for
you to help him as a partner.
The Games:
Where is the "Rat in a Can"?
6-8 Five gallon buckets in a group, can your dog pick the one with the
rat?
Join the "Manhattan Ratting Party”!
Rats love hiding in trash piles! Will you dog brave the clanking cans,
push &/or squirm his way into the middle of the pile to find
the rats?
"Ratting for Ratings"
This is a real test of teamwork, how well can you read your dog?
Can your dog "Chuck 'n' Pull"???
Will your dog go in the liner after a LARGE lure? Will he grab it? Will
he “kill” it and drag it out? Give him the opportunity to try !
Game Treed!
Some quarry, when pressed by the sporting dog, will climb a tree -
Find out what your dog does when his quarry runs up a tree to escape!
Jersey Junkyard Challenge
How long will it take your dog to find the rat? If he indicates a tube
will you be able to read him to know he has found the rat and call
“Mark” to stop the clock?
